When you set up a client with the Voice Agent in GHL, they’ll still need to go through the A2P messaging approval to send SMS messages. Here’s how it works:
A2P Approval: Your client will need to register their business this includes providing some basic info like the business name, website, and what kind of messages they’ll be sending (marketing, customer service, etc.).
Who Helps Them?: We will guide your client through the approval process. After setting up the Voice Agent, they'll be prompted to fill out the necessary details.
What Clients Need to Do: Your client will just need to provide things like their business name, website URL, and the purpose for sending messages. Once that's submitted, it usually takes a few days to a week for the approval to go through.
