Once your reply tracking is set up correctly in Prospect Reach, you'll start seeing replies to your emails in your Inbox in Prospect Reach as well. However, if you happen to receive a reply that contains a jumble of text like the one in the below image,
- usually it's nothing much to worry about as you should still see the actual content of the reply in the actual inbox of your email account (the one you used to send emails from the Prospect Reach campaign).
The explanation behind this is that those might be emails having attachment files like PDF or some other in base64 encoded format. Our system does not support the attachment files that's why it shows encoded strings in the PR inbox.
