Reminder Messages:
- they are sent out depending on each customer's reservation info. For instance, a reminder with the following setup [Days to send = 2, Time = 10 am] will be sent 2 days before a customer's reservation at 10 am.
Follow-up Messages:
- Different from reminder messages, these messages are based on customers' subscription date & time. For instance, a follow-up with the same setup as the example reminder above [Days to send = 2, Time = 10 am] will go out 2 days after a customer subscribed to the campaign at 10 am.
