To add an image to your emails in Coupon Reach, you can follow the below steps:
First, upload your photo to a photo cloud storage site like dropbox, shutterstock.com, imgbb.com, etc..
Imgbb (imgbb.com) is one of our recommendations.
Using ImgBB
Once you're in imgbb.com, go and upload your image first. Once the upload is complete, click the image itself:
You'll then see the image opened on another tab. Right-click on the image and click on Copy Image Address.
Then, go back to the Email that you want to insert or add the image to in Coupon Reach. First, place the text cursor on where you'd like to place the image.
Click on the Image button in the toolbar above the email textbox (highlighted in the screenshot below):
Then paste the Image Address that you copied from Imgbb on the URL Field:
Click OK and you should see the image in the email right after.
Note:
If you ever need to resize the image, just double-click the image again, and reduce either the Width or the Height. They're both linked so whether you reduce one of them, the other dimension will adjust accordingly (unless you unlink them by clicking the padlock icon). You can also use "100%" on both the width and height to fully show them in the current text box.
Using Dropbox
Now if you prefer using Dropbox, here's an easy way to get the usable Dropbox link for an image that you uploaded to Dropbox.
First, go to Dropbox and upload the image that you'd like to use. Then open the image and click the Share button at the upper right section of the page. Dropbox will provide a share link. Go ahead and copy that:
Note: The Dropbox share link itself DOES NOT work.
Next, open up a new tab or your favourite text app (like Notepad, TextEdit, etc.) and paste the URL there:
At the end of the URL, you'll see "dl=0". Go ahead and delete then replace it with "raw=1"
Now go ahead copy the revised link and follow the steps below:
Go back to the Email that you want to insert or add the image to in Coupon Reach.
