If you see 0 messages in your inbox even when you (1) actually received some replies to your Prospect Reach email account, or (2) you sent a test email campaign to yourself and replied to it, then continue reading below: 



Does the REPLIED column show 0 replies?



This means you haven't set up your Reply Notifications & MX Setup correctly. Sometimes, you think you may have already finished setting it up. But even just a single step missed can cause an issue.


Fix Attempt:
Now, as an attempt to fix the problem, kindly go to your domain registrar or hosting site (wherever your domain is hosted), and go to the DNS Zone editor (or the place where you can install, edit and delete DNS Records). Ensure that there is an MX Record from your sending domain pointing to mx.sendgrid.net as the destination or value. 

The name or host should be the sending domain (for instance, mydomain.com)

The Priority should be "10" and the destination = "mx.sendgrid.net".

Important: If there are any other MX records with a lower priority number, replace their number with any number larger than 10.
