There are different Contactreach subscription levels. Not all members get access to the standard templates.
If you are an MLAM member, you may still see a lock by standard templates. However, you have access to standard templates and mlam exclusive templates in the mlam template area. So, it is ok that a lock is next to the standard templates because you have them.
If you are not an MLAM member, and you believe you subscription includes access to standard templates, but they are locked, place a support ticket and include a receipt from your most recent billing. An agent will review your software if it qualifies for access to standard templates.
