Workflows:

  • It is recommended to duplicate the workflows and publish the duplicates, then set the original ones to draft (basically, to get them to stop working so only the duplicates will be triggered and work). 
  • This process of publishing the duplicates and drafting the original ones eliminates double triggers and actions (imagine receiving 2 identical reminder messages for appointments). And the duplication part is recommended so that any edits you have done to the duplicates won't get overwritten whenever there are snapshot updates from the agency that will affect the elements you've edited. 


Funnels:

  • For funnels, you only need to duplicate them. No need to set some of them to Draft or Publish, as there's no such option. If you are to do any changes to the duplicate funnels, you get to avoid the risk of those changes getting overwritten when snapshot updates are pushed from the agency that have changes to the elements that you have edited.
