Currently, AI Employee's Voice capabilities only work with LC Phone System. It does not work on accounts using direct integration with Twilio, only Lead Connector numbers.We can assist you with this transition.
What is LC?
LC Phone eliminates the need for using a third-party telephony provider in order to send/receive an SMS/call in GHL. This means, you won't need to have a Twilio account just to send SMS in GHL. You can directly get a phone number under your GHL subaccount.
How to get an LC phone number in my MLA Subaccount?
-submit the form to let MLA support know that you want to get an LC phone in your account: https://api.leadconnectorhq.com/widget/form/JEFqxZ5KMLbXe3oIUCwj
-you will be sent another email that asks you to enter your billing info for the phone usage
-you will be notified once your LC phone system is setup
-then, just head over to Settings and Phone Number Settings in your Subaccount to get yourself a number
What you need to know and do?
-After getting your LC number, you must register to A2P Brand and Campaign Registration under the Trust Center Hub menu in your GHL account. This is located under the Phone Settings.
-For toll-free number users, there is also a separate registration process located under the same phone settings.
-Both the Registration process are guided so you will know what to do.
If you get into a roadblock, you can always refer to the help center for support.
