If the coupon link doesn't appear in the messages from any of the GHL workflows (does not generate/blank), there are multiple areas that you need to check:
1. Check if you copied the correct Webhook URL/s from Coupon Reach to the associated workflow in your GHL subaccount
In the Custom Values section, the Custom Value should be filled out with the correct Campaign Webhook URL:
2. The Coupon Custom Value should be filled out with the correct coupon page shortcode from Coupon Reach.
3. The Coupon Reach campaign must be connected to the respective GHL subaccount in the Campaign Properties.
