Do your messages from Contact Reach show what seems to be an MMS even when you didn't upload any MMS to your messages? Take a look at the image below:
Check your message if it contains any links other than any coupon links from Contact Reach. If there is, the image is most possibly a link preview for that non-Contact Reach link that you have there in the message. It's nothing to be concerned about.
