The Lead Notifications and Inbox Notifications have been moved into the Campaign Properties. In the past, they are located in the campaign setup wizard. To find them now, just open up your campaigns list, pick a campaign and click its Actions menu button. Then click Properties.
In the Properties, open up the Notification Settings and that's where you'll find and set up or edit the campaign lead and inbox notifications.
