a couple of the core differences are
-no need to download any app
-no need to check-in

A lot of loyalty programs, although great, have barriers.. being the app (which nobody does) and hardware- tablet and check-in.

The hardware works for point of sell businesses but it isn't so great with sit down type businesses where people. do not check out at the register.

This is where contactreach shines.
What were also doing now is incorporating loyalty elements that do not require downloading of any apps.

we'll reward customers based on spend and/or visits and automatically send coupons.

HOW WE'LL DO THIS
-when offers are sent and they come to redeem offers.. we track it
-when customers come and spend money, we will have a client portal the client can track it or have the customer enter their info (similar to a tablet checkin)

So
-appeals to niches that don't need point of sale hardware to work.
-no apps to download
-can run automation based offers.

- No loyalty program as of yet

Go after businesses that need your help, i find it never a win when you attempt to 'sell against' another trying to convey how your 2 features are better than their 3 unique features
